High season: From 01/07 to 31/08. Holy Week, Friday and Saturday nights, Bank Holidays and Christmas.
Low season: Sunday to Thursday all year except those of High season.

Bookings that have not been cancelled before the deadline according to the season will be charged 100% of the first nights stay and the 25% of the rest of the stay.
